I am a landscape artist, based in Dundrum, Dublin.
Working in oils and acryclics, my art draws its
inspiration from the natural landscape. Painting
outdoors whenever possible, I especially enjoy depicting
the woodland and coastal scenes of the East and West of
My art is about capturing the essence of those places
that strike a chord with me. Perhaps more importantly
than this, my paintings are about my love of colour. When
working in oils, I am continuously experimenting with the
placing of heavy layers of colour on canvas, and I aim to
capture the richness of colour in our natural landscape.
